Vladimir Flores

A lawyer by profession and a graduate of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, Vladimir Quispe has extensive training and certification in both the legal and pedagogical fields.
Beginning with his teaching training, he holds various certifications, including teaching assistantships, general didactic theory, pedagogical educational strategies, and the development of IDH projects.
Throughout his legal training, Vladimir has accumulated an extensive and varied list of certifications and training in addition to his degree. These include certifications in "Roman and Civil Law in the Political Constitution of the State," "Urban Development Management," "Project of the New Mining Law," and certification from the Vice President's Office in the "Political Constitution of the Plurinational State." He also holds international certifications in "Environmental Law," "Criminal Law and Its Interpretation," and "Medical Law and Forensic Medical Investigation," to name just a few.
Regarding his professional experience, he began his career as a support officer in the La Paz Departmental Prosecutor's Office, in the Early Solution Unit (U.S.T.) Divisions of the Special Force for the Fight Against Crime (F.E.L.C.C.). He later joined Zelaya Agramont's team, where he is currently one of the main heads of the criminal and litigation department.
