Carmen López D.
A lawyer by profession, Carmen Lopez D. graduated from the Universidad de Aquino Bolivia (UDABOL) in 2021. She has extensive academic training, including courses and certifications awarded by the Plurinational Constitutional Court of Bolivia in Constitutional Interpretation and Judicial Reasoning, Constitutional Procedural Law, Gender Perspective with an International Approach, Constitutional Legal Instruments and Jurisprudence for the Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, and Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from a Constitutional Perspective.
Regarding her professional career, she began as a volunteer intern at the 3rd Labor and Social Security Court of La Paz. She then volunteered at the 14th Public Civil and Commercial Court of La Paz. She later worked at the Fund for the Development of the Financial System and Support for the Productive Sector (FONDESIF).
Currently, he is part of the Zelaya Agramont legal team, focusing his work primarily on civil and constitutional law.
